Vynox Application

1. Service Overview

This User Agreement serves as a unified guideline for all users accessing and using the Vynox application. Vynox provides one-click, directly available functional services.

No account registration or login required
No personal identity materials need to be submitted
All core functions are open in an anonymous and convenient manner
Service rules, usage specifications, and privacy protection provisions are clearly defined

2. Independent Service Operation Rules

All functional services provided by Vynox—including image and video processing, content rendering, and functional generation—are independently developed, operated, and maintained by our official team.

The entire service relies on our self-built technical system, independent server equipment, and internal service framework. Vynox does not access, call, or rely on any third-party service platforms, third-party technical interfaces, or external resource services to complete any functional operation. All data processing and service response procedures are completed in our closed independent system.

3. Standard User Usage Specifications

All users shall use the Vynox application in accordance with the normal functional positioning of the platform. Users may freely use all built-in functions for personal non-commercial daily use.

Users shall not:

Use platform functions for improper, illegal, infringing, or harmful behaviors
Destroy application operation stability or tamper with code and data
Attempt to break through technical protection measures of the platform

Vynox does not bind any user identity information or record private usage tracks. Users can stop using the application at any time without subsequent data binding or record retention problems.

4. Facial Information Protection Specification

Vynox sets strict technical and functional restrictions on user biometric information protection. We solemnly promise that the Vynox application will never collect, capture, scan, identify, analyze, or store any user facial information and facial feature data in any way.

No built-in facial recognition, facial scanning, or facial feature extraction functions
No access to device camera to capture facial images in any state
No digitization, analysis, or recording of facial contour or facial features
No facial information data in local storage or server operation logs

Vynox completely prohibits all facial information collection behaviors at the technical level. There is no hidden data collection logic for facial features in any functional module or usage scenario.

5. User Data Protection and Information Sharing Rules

Vynox adheres to the principle of minimal data processing and zero private data collection. We will not collect users' name, contact information, device information, location information, or other personal private data, nor record daily usage habits and operation tracks.

Vynox strictly implements the zero third-party sharing rule:

We will never disclose, transmit, sell, lease, or authorize any third party to obtain user-related information
No user data can be provided or shared to external third parties
All user usage behaviors remain closed-loop in our independent service system

6. Service Guarantee and User Rights

Vynox promises to provide users with continuous, stable, and safe functional services. We will continuously optimize application functions, repair potential system problems, and upgrade technical protection measures.
