1. Agreement Overview

This Subscription Agreement governs all subscription-related services, rights, and usage rules for users who purchase and activate subscription privileges on the Vynox application.

This agreement applies only to the premium subscription service launched by Vynox
All users who purchase any subscription package are deemed to have fully understood and accepted all terms
Subscription service is optional; users can always use basic free functions without purchasing

2. Subscription Service Core Definition

Vynox subscription service is an exclusive premium benefit for users who pursue a better usage experience. Unlike the basic free service mode, the subscription service focuses on providing preferential resource benefits to reduce the cost of long-term use.

All subscription services are independently launched, operated, and managed by the official Vynox team. The entire subscription system runs on our self-built service framework, without any third-party platform participation, agency, or operation.

3. Exclusive Subscription Benefits Rules

The core exclusive benefit of purchasing any Vynox subscription package is to obtain a large number of preferential gold coins in a one-time manner.

After successful payment and activation, the system automatically issues the full amount of preferential gold coins at once
The quantity is subject to the standard of the purchased subscription package
All issued gold coins are official valid resources and can be used for all functional generation services that require gold coin consumption

Important: The exclusive benefit is limited to the one-time large preferential gold coin reward. Subscription qualification cannot exempt users from gold coin consumption rules. During the entire valid subscription period, all content generation, effect rendering, and other core paid services still require normal gold coin consumption per platform rules.

4. Gold Coin Usage and Subscription Period Rules

All preferential gold coins obtained through subscription have the same usage attributes as ordinary gold coins from daily free access and other official channels. They can be superimposed and used mutually, with no difference in usage scope or consumption standard.

Subscription valid period is fixed according to the purchased package type
Gold coins obtained do not expire when the subscription period ends
After subscription expires, remaining unused gold coins can still be used normally
Users must repurchase and renew to enjoy one-time large gold coin benefits again

5. Subscription Service Usage Specifications

Users who have purchased Vynox subscription services shall use subscription benefits and gold coin resources in accordance with official platform rules.

Users are prohibited from:

Reselling, trading, gifting, or transferring subscription preferential gold coins
Illegally exploiting subscription qualifications for commercial profit
Abnormal use, malicious brush taking, or illegal trading

The subscription service is only applicable to the user's personal daily non-commercial use. Vynox reserves the right to interpret and standardize the usage specifications of all subscription services and benefits.

6. Service Explanation and Supplementary Provisions

All subscription package contents, preferential gold coin quantities, subscription cycle standards, and service rules are subject to the official real-time display of the Vynox application.

Opening the subscription service only provides one-time preferential gold coin benefits and does not change:

Basic functional consumption rules
Service operation mode
User privacy protection rules

After purchasing the subscription, the user's basic usage rights and privacy protection guarantees remain unchanged. Vynox strictly abides by standardized service operation for subscription business and ensures all benefits are issued truthfully and effectively.
