1. Introduction to Vynox Service

This privacy statement outlines the information handling practices of the Vynox application, focusing on how our platform interacts with user data during all service usage processes.

Vynox is designed as a no-login, no-registration application. Users can access and use all core functions directly without creating an account, submitting personal registration information, or completing identity verification.

2. Independent Self-Operated Service System

All functional services provided by Vynox—including content generation, processing, and rendering—are independently developed, operated, and maintained by our team. The entire service relies on our self-built server cluster, independent technical framework, and internal service system.

Vynox does not invoke, access, or rely on any third-party service platforms, third-party technical interfaces, or external service resources to complete any core function operations. All data calculation, content processing, and service response processes are completed within our independent service system, with no external third-party participation in any link of user service use.

3. User Personal Information Collection Rules

Vynox adheres to the core principle of "minimal data collection and zero unnecessary data acquisition". During the entire process of users using all functions of the application, we will not actively collect, record, store, or obtain any form of user personal private information.

We do not collect users' basic personal information, including but not limited to:

User names and contact information
Residence information
Device exclusive identification codes
Browsing records and usage habit data

All service operations are executed in a lightweight mode. The application will not automatically cache, synchronize, or upload any user personal data to the server. Users can use all core functions of Vynox completely anonymously.

4. Strict No Facial and Biometric Data Collection

Vynox solemnly clarifies and guarantees that the application will never collect, scan, identify, analyze, store, or upload any user facial information in any form.

We do not obtain facial feature data, facial contour information, or facial biometric identifiers
There is no facial recognition, facial scanning, or facial feature analysis function in any module
We will not access the device camera to capture facial images under any circumstances
No facial-related data is retained in local device storage or server operation

Vynox completely excludes all facial data collection behaviors, and there is no hidden facial information acquisition logic in any functional scenario. This rule applies to all users and all usage scenarios.

5. Zero Third-Party Information Sharing Commitment

Vynox strictly abides by the zero-sharing principle of user information. We will never share, transmit, disclose, sell, lease, or authorize any third party to obtain any user-related information under any circumstances.

Since our platform does not collect any user personal information or facial biometric information, there is no user data source that can be shared with third parties. All user usage behaviors and data generated during use remain completely closed-loop within our own system.
